Crashes on iPad pro

Big fan of the week and thats why Id love to be able to read it on my iPad. Unfortunately thats not possible as it crashes on the splash screen before the app even opens (yes Ive restarted, etc. and this has been going on for a long time). Im a digital subscriber meaning Im paying an expensive subscription for nothing... Fix it or lose your customers fast!
